To integrate, we'll be forwarding voicemail email notifications with audio file from RingCentral to YouMail.

Log into RingCentral.com and to your Settings page.

Then click on "Notification Settings" in the left pane

Enter in your YouMail Drop Box address. The format is: phonenumber@my.youmail.com
Ex: If you signed up with phone number (949) 555-1234, then the Drop Box address is 9495551234@my.youmail.com

Change Notification to "Plain Txt"

Enable "Send Notification with Attachment" 

Decide whether you'd like to keep a copy of the voicemail at RingCentral or Delete it.

Save and leave a test voicemail.

Note: Please add the 'From' email address of where voicemail audio file gets sent from to the YouMail contacts.
For example, if the email header is:
From: voicemail@ringcentral.com
To: 9495551234@my.youmail.com
Then add voicemail@ringcentral to the YouMail Contacts, so the voicemail doesn't get marked as spam.
