I have deleted the app from my blackberry but my voicemail still goes to YouMail

Deleting the application from your phone does not cancel your YouMail account and it does not disable YouMail voicemail services. 

To cancel your YouMail account:

  1. Login to www.youmail.com
  2. Click on My Account (top-right menu)
  3. Click on 'Close your account' link
  4. Select reason
  5. Select "No - please delete my account and delete all my voicemail messages I have at YouMail"
