Why can't I forward my calls to YouMail?

Does dialing the Conditional Call Forwarding Activate Code give you an error?

Do callers get a "Enter your 10 digit number" Prompt?

Please see this

Are you on a prepaid plan?

If so, unfortunately, most prepaid plans don't have the conditional call forwarding feature (allows a phone to ring before going to voicemail).

Prepaid plans include, but are not limited to, T-Mobile Flex Pay, Boost, Virgin, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Simple Mobile.

Why won't prepaid plans work?

Prepaid carriers don't have the conditional call forwarding feature, which allows a phone to ring before being sent to voicemail. We recommend contacting your carriers and request that YouMail be a voicemail option, or at the very least, allow conditional call forwarding to another phone number.

Note:

Some carriers charge additional fee for the conditional call forwarding feature.
