Our service is currently only available in the US. However, we are able to sign up Canadian users that meet these criteria:
1) Have a 10 digit phone number
2) Your calling plan/carrier has the conditional call forwarding feature (allows the phone to ring before going to voicemail)
3) *Note* Some Canadian Carriers require that you cancel your voice mail add on with them before being able to use the conditional call forwarding feature.
If you meet the criteria, please try creating a YouMail account and connecting. Any problems? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
First you have to cancel your Rogers Call Answer (and "One Number" or Rogers Voicemail) or the system won't let you setup new forwarding numbers. Here are the commands:
21 - Unconditional Forwarding (your phone won't ring)
61 - forward on no answer
62 - forward on unreachable (system cannot locate your phone)\
67 - If busy
The commands are used like this:
To Activate - *[code]*thenumber#
To clear - ##[code]#
Status - *#[code]#
temporarily deactivate - #[code]#
reactivate - *[code]#
They do support conditional call forwarding.
61 is for "not answered"
67 is for "busy"
62 is for "out of reach"
004 is for all 'conditional call' i.e 61, 62 and 67 combined.
21 is "all calls".
The above codes just don't work for android phones on Wind. On Android Phones go to call settings through the menu.
Note to users: When trying to activate, If you did not get a Text Activation Code from YouMail, You can call the US phone number through the website (the alternative when you don't get texts), and the YouMail Account will activated.
