How to Activate with a Dual SIM Device

A dual SIM card phone is a phone with two SIM cards, one of them typically being a virtual SIM. Each SIM card gives you a phone number and a connection to the phone network. Your device can hold two numbers at once. You can use a dual SIM phone with YouMail as long as you have any paid plan. Please make sure you already have an account created with your primary phone number and that you have enough lines available in your account. 

Here are some steps to help guide your activation process:            

Sign in

First, you will need to go to your YouMail account and sign in.

Add number

Once you sign in, click on Phone Lines located on the left side menu and click on + Add Number at the top right.

After you add the phone, dial the activation codes from your second SIM exactly as shown. Make sure you activate each phone individually by calling the activation codes from the proper phone line.
