If you're having issues with spam callers still getting through to you, you will first need to check your call protection settings. This article will assist you in having the call protection settings changed/edited on your iPhone.
- From the YouMail App, you will navigate to the Settings page. Once in Settings, select the option "Blocking."
- This will take you to the Call Protection settings. Without Basic Protection, YouMail will be unable to protect your inbox and calls from spam. Maximum personalized protection is available in all premium plans.
- Personalized protection offers full non-contact blocking*, or the ability to block specific kinds of callers. This includes private numbers, unknown local numbers, and international numbers*. Personalized protection also allows for number out of service to be played for spam callers.
*Note: These settings require the iPhone setting, Silence Unknown Numbers, to properly work.
