If you're having issues with spam callers still getting through to you then you will firstly need to check your call filtering settings. We have three (3) levels of security and a "Disabled" option that will allow you to have a more hand on approach to who has access to you and who doesn't
Our first and basic level - "Standard" : Blocks only known spammers in our Directory.
Our second and intermediate level - "Maximum" : Blocks known and suspected spammers in our directory.
Our third and highest level - "Contacts only" : Blocks all calls outside of your contacts list.
This article will assist you in having the call filtering settings changed / edited on your iOS device.
- From the YouMail App you'll navigate to the Settings Page. This is the fifth icon to the right (the gear wheel). One in Settings, you'll select the option "Blocking" under missed call handling.
- This will take you to the Protection Settings where you will immediately see at the top under Call Protection "Smart Blocking Level". You will select this in order to change / edit the settings.
- Once you select the Smart Blocking Level option, you'll be brought to the individual settings that can be enabled / disabled to your call filtering needs.
You should now be able to change you settings with ease when ever you please.
