YouMail has two versions of app, one is for iPhone and the other is for Android. They are very different from one another. Both have amassed comprehensive feature sets and each one has the same settings, but in different places.
Note: Due to the permissions allowed by Google and Apple, there are some limitations to what one app can do vs the other.
On the left screenshot, you can see the main menu of the iPhone and on the left you can see the same but on the Android. These some of the main differences:
- On the iPhone app there is an immediate menu at the bottom that goes as follows; Inbox, History, Blocking, Contacts, Settings
- The gear icon is where you can adjust your account settings
- It also has an additional menu once you select the 3 bars at the top left hand corner. This prompts you to your lines and other folders as you can see down below.
- On the Android app the menu will be on the top left hand corner (3 bars) and it will immediately show you the following: History, Conversations, Greetings, Contacts, Conference Call, Call protection, Usage and Settings.
Both versions of the app open to the inbox. The main differences are the menus. In the iPhone, there are two menus with one located on the bottom right corner that is a gear symbol. The other menu would be the bars located on the top left . For the Android app, the menu is at the top left hand corner, the three bars.
