Apple is gearing up for its new operating system--iOS 17--and we are here to ensure you can still use YouMail without error. The new iOS 17 Live Voicemail feature is designed to transcribe your voicemail while it is being recorded so that you can answer the call mid-voicemail, similar to a landline voicemail system. Because Live Voicemail allows you to answer the call before the caller hangs up, it is superseding your carrier's Conditional Call Forwarding setting that allows YouMail to kick in. If you prefer YouMail's customizable Smart Greeting, transcriptions, and spam protection--like we do--please follow the steps below to disable the Live Voicemail feature.
