YouMail uses conditional call forwarding to forward your calls when you are busy, the call goes unanswered, or you are unreachable. You can confirm whether you are connected by seeing when the last voicemail or missed call was received at YouMail.com. You can also place a test call through the following link.
If the test call fails please follow our interactive troubleshooting guide below. There is a possibility of your calls forwarding to the incorrect deposit number, which is why YouMail is not picking up your calls.
