The "Transcription not available" generally means YouMail could not transcribe the voicemail within a reasonable amount of time. There are several reasons for that.
- YouMail got overloaded with too many transcription requests in a short period of time. We try to ensure your message is transcribed within 1-2 minutes of the call (the shorter the message, the faster the transcription). If for some reason, we can’t transcribe a message within 10 minutes, we send an email alert without the transcription.
- You are trying to use multiple phone lines with a legacy YouMail unlimited "human-editing" transcription add on. That add on only allows you to transcribe one line. Interested in getting 2 line unlimited transcriptions? Upgrade below!
