You may receive this email for any of the following reasons:
- YouMail tries to ensure that your message is transcribed within 1-2 minutes of the call. If we can’t transcribe a message within 10 minutes, we send an email alert without the transcription. (If your voicemail is longer and more complex than normal voicemails, this may lead to longer transcription times.)
- If you have the Read-It Unlimited transcription add on to your account, you are only allowed to transcribe one line. Interested in getting 2 line unlimited transcriptions? Upgrade below!
