I have been dialing *73 for Verizon but nothing happens? How can I complete this?

@Ryan When you dial *73 and click the call or send button, you may just hear a beep before the call is disconnected. Then, you should hear your carrier voicemail the next time you call your phone.

This is ridiculous, I can not stop the call forward because using Straight Talk, they wont run the correct MMI code to cancel it and you guys at YouMail wont help. I am stuck with this crappy service until I figure this out

@Persaudamanda928 Boost Mobile does not support Call Forwarding and it looks like your calls are not even being directed to YouMail. We do not provide codes for Boost Mobile because they do not have any since they don't have the call forwarding feature to allow YouMail to work on your phone. Please ask Boost Mobile for help on your issue. We are not controlling your calls.

The At&t code is not working. Fix this issue so I can deactivate this service

@Tracee If your phone is not accepting the deactivation code, please contact your carrier and ask them to reset call forwarding on your phone.
