Changing your YouMail Phone Number
When you get a new phone or phone number, you will need to ensure to update your YouMail account as soon as possible. Please note that only paid YouMail subscribers (Professional and Plus subscribers) can add multiple lines; free subscribers can only replace their existing phone number.

Activating New Number
Once the number has been updated on the account, you will be required to re-activate your service using the new number. This can be done on the same Phones tab. See below.
