    I tried this, but I haven't ever received a text with my PIN number. HELP!

    @James We send texts through the short code 52894. You might not be able to receive texts if your carrier blocks messages from short codes. To recover your PIN you can try to contact your carrier to unblock our short code or you can try to receive your PIN via email.

    I need my pin for my account I changed my google account recently and this is causing a problem to retrieve my pin my new one is ******@gmail.com so if you could send it to that one it would help

    I am being told my pin its incorrect through the youmail app. I know for a fact it is correct though since I had it sent through text by the forgot my pin option. I updated the app but still no change. What do I do next?

    @Nellie Have you tried this on the latest version of YouMail? Try uninstalling then reinstalling the app on your phone, then login with the correct phone number and pin.

    I cannot sign in with my correct pin and when I try to "forgot pin" it tells me I'm not registered. I tried to register and it says it's already registered . Help!

    @Kevin Sorry for the trouble. Are you experiencing this on your computer or in the YouMail app?
