Enabling Smart Blocking on iPhone

    To activate Smart Blocking on an iPhone

    1. Open up your YouMail app
    2. Make sure you are in your History tab (clock icon).

    Tap on Caller

    3. Tap the caller you wish to block IMG_8058.PNG

     

    Tap on Spam Icon

    4. Tap on the mceclip3.png icon underneath the phone number

    Tap Report Spam

    5. Tap Report Spam*

    6. Fill out the "Caller Name" and "Comments" section if you have the requite info for these fields. 

    Also indicate if you gave consent for the person / company to contact you. Once done, select "Mark As Spam". 

    *You have successfully blocked a caller with YouMail’s enhanced Smart Blocking! YouMail greets blocked callers with a "This number has been disconnected" message.
