How Do New Voicemails Get to My Android App?

    Nothing is working. No messages an app. Voicemails appear online but will not play. Left ten messages for customer support all I get are repeated emails asking for more details when I click on the link I get an error the emails I get are computer-generated all exactly the same I have left multiple detailed messages and I need a live person they must not have any live people working there
