At sign-up, you were able to create your own PIN. If you cannot remember it, you will need to contact support to send a temporary to your email.
YouMail has moved to a security system based on a password so you will therefore need to create one moving forward. You can still use your PIN to log into the app or online but we strongly suggest utilizing the new password system. To retrieve your Password please click here.
