YouMail's Auto-Reply Feature
Auto-Reply is a customizable text or email message that is sent to your caller after a voicemail or missed call. This feature, if you choose, can provide details on your business or let callers know you saw their missed call and will return it as soon as possible. You can decide which groups get an Auto-Reply, how often they receive one, and even customize the message they receive. You can also include a link that will open to a digital business card with more options! Add your personal website, a business logo, or even your social media.
We use a toll free number to send out auto-replies, but the message will easily identify you or your business in the subject heading and show the configured message you add to the reply. You can use this feature to boost awareness of your business or to send a friendly reminder to your loved ones that you are thinking of them.
