This article will assist you in ensuring that YouMail is correctly activated, whether you are a brand new subscriber or someone that is troubleshooting an issue and looking to reenable your activation.
- Ensure you have Wifi turned off your phone until the process is complete
- Open the YouMail app
- Tap the Menu (☰) icon on the top left corner of the screen
- Tap Settings

- Tap on Activate/Deactivate
- Tap on Forward to YouMail
|
|
- Tap on Activate
- Follow the instructions
|
|
- Tap on Verify YouMail is Working to confirm that the forwarding is working properly
|
|
- Remember, do NOT answer the verification call if it comes through
|
