Setup Call Forwarding with YouMail

iPhone Instructions

Step One: Go Protection Settings

Open the YouMail app and tap the shield icon at the bottom of the screen.
Select "Voicemail".

Tap on "Call Forwarding"
Then select "Activate".

Step Two: Activate and follow the prompts

Depending on your carrier, you will need to tap on 1, 2, or 3 prompts, as some carriers require 3 codes to be dialed to activate conditional call forwarding while others only have one.
Once you have completed the activation process, a test call will be run to verify your call forwarding status. Do not answer the subsequent call.

Android Instructions

Step One: Go to Protection Settings

Open the YouMail app and tap the shield icon at the bottom of the screen.
Select "Voicemail".

Step Two: Activate and follow the prompts

Tap on "Call Forwarding"
Then select "Activate".

Tap on the calling prompts at the bottom of the screen for the code(s) to be dialed.
Once you have completed the activation process, you may tap 'Verify Activation'. A test call will be run to verify your call forwarding status. Do not answer the subsequent call.

YouMail.com Instructions

Log in to YouMail.com
Click on Phones
Click the drop-down arrow on the right of the Edit button for the phone number you are activating
Click on Forward to YouMail
Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your phone
Once you have completed the above steps, click I Finished Setup, and then click Confirm Phone Setup to receive a test call. This will verify that your phone is forwarding correctly.
