I have a windows cell phone and i am running Windows 10 technical preview on Nokia Lumia windows phone 635. Please advise what app I can use.
@Jen Roy You can use the ISeeVM app to access YouMail on your Windows phone. For more information, view this article: http://ow.ly/Nsmor
I have followed all the steps to set up. Never received confirmation. Doesn't set up as per the instructions. This is not a good user experience. Especially after calling support to hear how busy you are and YouMail will "email me" sometime in the future.
@Cabocostalliving Are your callers hearing your YouMail voicemail or your carrier voicemail? If you still aren't connected to YouMail, please contact your carrier and have them enable "conditional call forwarding" to your deposit number, which you can find here: http://ow.ly/OpcyN
Our support team also replied to your email with instructions on how to get connected, but we never got a response from you. If you need further assistance, feel free to reply to that email thread.
My youmail is not taking my voicemails. The original voicemail program insists on taking priority.
I do not want the original voicemail to work.
Please help me get you mail as default.
Hello Phil Whitehead!
I see that you may have already reached out our awesome customer support for this issue, but in case you are still experiencing issues with your account, I am happy to help!
If your voicemail reverts back to the carrier, it can be due to a few things: you got a new phone or updated your current one; you made changes to your phone plan or your carrier updated their network; you went out of the country or out of your service area, causing your phone to disconnect from call forwarding; you dialed the specific deactivation code for your carrier; or you changed or removed your sim card. These are not the only reasons call forwarding can be deactivated, but they are the most common. After any of these instances, your voicemail may revert to the standard one provided with your carrier. If you commonly experience any of the above scenarios, please be sure to reactivate YouMail as soon as possible! You can reactivate by visiting this page and selecting "Setup Phone."
We also have these great YouTube videos that provide detailed steps for activation based on your phone type:

Can't download youmail app
Hi Mr. Thompson,
Thank you for your message. There are many things that could affect you being unable to download the app, but it is usually based on your device's storage capacity, or your account with the Play Store or App store. If you are receiving a particular error message when trying to download the app, please send us a screenshot to support@youmail.com and we can troubleshoot!
Thanks
I recently lost my phone I have another one that I want on my call forward from my old phone to this one how can I do that
Hello Raul Reyes,
Thank you for your inquiry! This would actually be handled through your cell phone provider! Give them a call, and ask them to setup call forwarding always from your old number to your new number.
Thanks!
