    @MarySeneker Another way you route you can take to verify that you are activated would be to call your phone with another line to hear whether or not you have the YouMail greeeting.

    I'm having same problem! Why can't you just put the Fix here in the comments? Apparently it seems to be happening a lot.

    @Bradley There are many different reasons why voicemails may not be showing up in the YouMail app. It could be WiFi, data connection, cache, or the app itself. Please try uninstalling then reinstalling the app on your phone. Let me know if that resolves your issue.

    I have had app for a very long time. All of a sudden it stopped working. Will let me decline but will not sent vm. I have unistalled 3 times and reset my phone.also check with service.
