Here are some common causes for activation failures and their solutions:
Calls Not Forwarding
Your calls may not be going to YouMail for a few different reasons including, but not limited to: tower maintenance, your phone is out of date, or you’re traveling abroad. Click here to find out how to forward your calls to YouMail and verify activation.
No Ring
It's possible there was a problem calling your phone, but instead the call just didn't ring your phone. Make sure you are in an area with a strong signal then try the activation again.
Answered Call
If you accidentally answered the verification call, you can verify activation again. This time, decline the call and follow the on-screen instructions.
Interrupted App
If the app was closed or interrupted after it was told to verify activation, the phone may report that the activation failed. Simply retry to verify activation again.
If none of these solutions help with your problem, please submit a ticket to our support team

I've tried everything over and over again cannot get to work or activate please try and resolve this issue as soon as possible thank you

Ever since upgrading to new iPhone6 and doing restore from iCloud YouMail has never worked again. HELP!

I'm with Cricket & have used YouMail with all my phones. I now have Galaxy S3 & I can't activate my account. I've dialed *73 & *74 several times & keep getting this message...this feature is not available @ this time. @ one point when I dialed *74, I got the fast busy & when I dialed *73, it immediately disconnected, so I thought it worked; NOT! I've been on the phone with Cricket & they tell me I have to contact YouMail; very frustrated, PLEASE help!

I did all this, i did everything they sent me in emails, i cancelled my phone voicemail i added call forwarding to my phone i dialed the number the email sent, i didnt forget the * and # it's still not working, it still tells people my OCN is missing, the test call keeps failing.

@Brian Rule The iPhone 6 has different call forwarding instructions than other phones, so if the codes do not work, you will need to contact your carrier to enable "conditional call forwarding". I will be sending you an email with more information about your issue.
