It's possible there was a problem calling your phone. Make sure you are in an area with a strong signal then try the activation again.
You can verify activation again. This time, decline the call and follow the on-screen instructions.
If the app was closed or interrupted after it was told to verify activation, the phone may report that the activation failed. Simply retry to verify activation again.
