Unknown/Private number blocking is a personalized protection feature available in our premium plans. This option allows you to customize how callers who block or mask their caller ID are handled. We allow the option to deny voicemails, or request private callers to input their number before leaving a voicemail.
1. Log into your YouMail account and click on Call Protection -> Settings on the left hand side.
2. Enable Call Protection and Block Specific Callers. Private number settings can be adjusted and saved from here.
