Deleting a Greeting From Your Account – Help Center

There are two ways to delete greetings you saved to your account--on the website and on the app. Please review the steps below for help.

Notes:

If you delete a greeting downloaded from the YouMail community, you can redownload it.
Any callers that were set to receive the deleted greeting will automatically revert to your default greeting.

Go to YouMail.com and sign in.
Click on Greetings on the left-hand menu and select Your Greetings. Your greeting list will appear; select the box to the left of the greetings you wish to delete. Select Actions > Delete. You can also choose a greeting, and once open, click the three dots at the top right and click Delete.

Open up your YouMail app. Tap on the gear icon on the bottom right. Tap on Greetings.
Select the greeting you want to delete from the list and swipe to the left.
Or, tap the greeting you wish to delete and then tap the trash icon at the bottom right

From the YouMail app, tap the 3 lines on the top left. Tap Greetings and then tap Recordings. Select the greeting you wish to delete from the list.
Tap the 3 dots on the top right and then tap Delete.
