YouMail automatically uploads your iPhone contacts into your YouMail Contact List so that you can add custom greetings and photo IDs for specific contacts. In order for YouMail to update your contacts automatically, please allow YouMail to access your contacts in your iPhone Settings and YouMail Settings.
To add contacts to your YouMail Contact List:
1. Open the YouMail app and tap the Menu (☰) icon in the top left corner of the screen
2.Select Contacts
3.Tap the icon on the upper right corner and select Enable Contacts Backup
4. Exit the YouMail app and go into your iPhone Settings
5. Tap on YouMail
6. Under the heading, ALLOW YOUMAIL TO ACCESS, toggle Contacts “ON” so that it is green
YouMail can now automatically update your contacts for you. The next time you add a new contact in your phone, YouMail will instantly add the contact to your YouMail Contact List as well.

I perform all these tasks and I still can't edit my contact list. When I tap on "add contact" or "edit contact", nothing happens.

I've been trying for two days to upload contacts, says unable to load at this time. I'm on my home wifi network, not sure what is the problem.
@Jill We apologize for any trouble. Have you tried deleting then reinstalling the app?
did this and nothing has changed
@Jessica When you check the "Contacts" tab in the YouMail app, you should see all your contacts. If your contacts are not there, please uninstall then reinstall the app and proceed with the instructions above again.
