To use YouMail Visual Voicemail on your ROK Mobile phone, you will first need to determine whether your ROK Mobile device is operating off of the Sprint or T-Mobile/AT&T network so that your device will be forwarded correctly. You may need to contact ROK Mobile to find this information.
Once you have determined which network you are operating off of, download and set-up YouMail and choose ROK Mobile – AT&T/T-mobile or ROK Mobile – Sprint from the drop-down menu for your carrier.
The following is a statement by ROK Mobile, which can be found here:
GSM phones: Yes, ROK Mobile supports visual voice mail for our GSM customers (conditional call forwarding is available).
ROK Mobile recommends YouMail for iOS and Android, available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
If you install YouMail, please make sure that WIFI is disabled while configuring.
After you move your device to ROK Mobile on an iPhone it is suggested that you log out of your Apple Account and then back in.
Native visual voicemail on phones purchased from another carrier may not work after moving your device to ROK Mobile.
Sprint phones: No, ROK Mobile does not support visual voice mail for our Sprint customers (conditional call forwarding is NOT available).
If you still have trouble setting up YouMail on your ROK Mobile device, please submit a ticket to our support team.
