The Auto-Attendant feature gives you the ability to create your call routing menu. You can add up to 9 menu selections with 9 forwarding numbers using your Auto-Attendant menu. Single-digit keypad extensions will transfer your calls.
You can enable Auto-Attendant on your main lines or your extra lines. If you enable auto-attendant on your main lines, it will ring first and then transfer to the auto-attendant greeting if you do not answer. If you set up an auto-attendant on your extra line, calls will be directly transferred to the auto-attendant greeting.
