If you run a small business, non-profit, or team project, centralizing all of your calls will simplify your life and increase your professionalism. The Auto-Attendant feature gives you the ability to create your own call routing menu. You can add up to 9 phone numbers to your Auto-Attendant menu with single-digit keypad extensions to transfer your calls.
For frequent callers, there is an option to skip the Auto-Attendant menu and directly leave a message by pressing any number that is not currently assigned as an extension.
Please be aware: When Auto-Attendant is enabled, it will take priority over all greetings. Even if you have assigned a unique greeting for specific contacts, the Auto-Attendant will play for all callers. In order to change this, you will need to update your Auto-Attendant greeting settings. Check out this article to learn how.
