**Auto Attendant is a BUSINESS feature and requires a subscription to one of our Professional plans.**
Everything regarding your Auto-Attendant menu is controlled from the settings section of the feature.
- Click on Settings > Auto Attendant
- Click Configure Main Menu
- You will see tabs where you can set the time of day and days you want callers hearing the menu greeting, select the greeting you want played and the transfer menu options.
- If you want a different greeting playing outside of the business hours, save your changes and then click on Configure Off-Hours Menu and follow similar the similar steps.
Please note: When Auto-Attendant is first enabled, it will take priority over all other greetings. If you wish for your contacts to hear something different, make sure to select the "Use Personal Greeting" and assign your contacts personal greetings/put them in a group and assign the group a greeting.
While Auto-Attendant is enabled, you'll only be able to change your main greeting through the Auto-Attendant settings menu.
