I have AT&T and am trying to deactivate my you mail so I can go back to my carrier. I have tried all the codes and keep getting an error message

@Madison Clark I apologize for the inconvenience. If the codes aren't working on your phone, you can also contact your carrier and ask them to reset call forwarding and go back to carrier voicemail. I'll also be sending you an email with this information.

I am unable to deactivate YouMail on my phone. My carrier is AT&T Wireless. I called AT&T and they didn't know what I was talking about. They Googled how to deactivate YouMail and it said to remove the App from iTunes. I removed the App from my phone AND iTunes, synced my phone and people still get a message that my number is no longer in service. Please HELP!!

Will not let me deactivate my account. Some help please, do not have time to play with this app.

@Teresa We apologize for the inconvenience. After uninstalling the app, you still need to deactivate call forwarding to return to your carrier voicemail. If the deactivation codes did not work, please contact AT&T again and ask them to reset call forwarding on your phone.

@Ilianay Please ask your carrier to reset call forwarding on your phone. Also, refrain from mentioning YouMail as most carriers don't provide support for third party apps.

@Renterconcerned What error message are you receiving? If the codes are not working, you can also ask Sprint to reset call forwarding on your phone and notify them that you want to use their voicemail.

I'm still having trouble forwarding calls to the default voicemail application. Maybe it's something to do with the code you've provided here, although it seeks to do something. My father is on Verizon, thus *73, it rings twice, picks up the call, then almost immediately hangs up. Not sure what exactly is supposed to happen in this process, which isn't exactly described in great detail. Please help, he still cannot access his voicemail, it's been over a week. Thank you

Tried many times to deactivate on page plus using code *710 with no success. Now I have no voicemail since I've already cancelled my account. Please help.

@Rusty When you dial the code to deactivate call forwarding, your carrier might play a message or may hang up the call, signifying success. If you still can't hear his carrier voicemail, please contact your carrier and ask to reset call forwarding back to their voicemail.
