I have straight talk. Nothing is working. This is ridiculous.

I cannot reactivate sprint with any code you have sent. This is very upsetting and is taking me days to resolve.

I canceled youmail as per instructions. I have Straight Talk on the Verizon lines as my carrier. I used *73 to cancel call forwarding however it does work. I get a recording when checking my messages, "this mailbox is no longer in use". Somehow any messages have gone elsewhere but not to my original mailbox. This is not acceptable. Please help.

Tried many times to deactivate on page plus using code *710 with no success. Now I have no voicemail since I've already cancelled my account. Please help.

@Teresa We apologize for the inconvenience. After uninstalling the app, you still need to deactivate call forwarding to return to your carrier voicemail. If the deactivation codes did not work, please contact AT&T again and ask them to reset call forwarding on your phone.

@Renterconcerned What error message are you receiving? If the codes are not working, you can also ask Sprint to reset call forwarding on your phone and notify them that you want to use their voicemail.

@Rusty When you dial the code to deactivate call forwarding, your carrier might play a message or may hang up the call, signifying success. If you still can't hear his carrier voicemail, please contact your carrier and ask to reset call forwarding back to their voicemail.

@Ilianay Please ask your carrier to reset call forwarding on your phone. Also, refrain from mentioning YouMail as most carriers don't provide support for third party apps.

@Konitta it looks like you deleted your account. You need to dial the deactivation code on the phone that was using YouMail. The iPad app is used to check messages only.

@John YouMail does not have access to change your phone's settings. If the instructions above did not work for you, please contact your carrier again and ask them to reset call forwarding on your phone. You may have to ask for tier 2 support. Also, please refrain from mentioning YouMail as most carriers do not provide support for third party apps.

I have tried dialing #21# to de activate and it is continuing to give me error message.

@Samuella If your messages are no longer going to your YouMail account then your carrier is now handling your voicemails. Please contact your carrier and ask them how to activate their voicemail service.

I'm still having trouble forwarding calls to the default voicemail application. Maybe it's something to do with the code you've provided here, although it seeks to do something. My father is on Verizon, thus *73, it rings twice, picks up the call, then almost immediately hangs up. Not sure what exactly is supposed to happen in this process, which isn't exactly described in great detail. Please help, he still cannot access his voicemail, it's been over a week. Thank you

@Danielle Bago If the deactivation codes are not working for you, please contact your carrier and ask them to reset call forwarding on your phone. That should get you back on your carrier's voicemail.

I have AT&T. The codes you list for them aren't working. This is frustrating. I have contacted them and they can't fix it so now I am just stuck?

My account refers to my iPad. It is NOT a telephone and is not able to send messages like #21#. It is not a telephone! ***-***-**** konitta Pohrte
