How to Reconnect to My Carrier?

    Carissa, I have followed all of the instructions, and contacted AT&T. No dice. I need this resolved back to visual voicemail, pronto. iPhone 6 with AT&T.

    @John YouMail does not have access to change your phone's settings. If the instructions above did not work for you, please contact your carrier again and ask them to reset call forwarding on your phone. You may have to ask for tier 2 support. Also, please refrain from mentioning YouMail as most carriers do not provide support for third party apps.

    I canceled youmail as per instructions. I have Straight Talk on the Verizon lines as my carrier. I used *73 to cancel call forwarding however it does work. I get a recording when checking my messages, "this mailbox is no longer in use". Somehow any messages have gone elsewhere but not to my original mailbox. This is not acceptable. Please help.

    @Samuella If your messages are no longer going to your YouMail account then your carrier is now handling your voicemails. Please contact your carrier and ask them how to activate their voicemail service.

    My account refers to my iPad. It is NOT a telephone and is not able to send messages like #21#. It is not a telephone! ***-***-**** konitta Pohrte

    @Konitta it looks like you deleted your account. You need to dial the deactivation code on the phone that was using YouMail. The iPad app is used to check messages only.
