Looking to download an important or special voicemail?
This article will assist you in downloading any voicemails that you might need. Saving messages is done differently depending on whether you are a free subscriber vs. a paid subscriber.
Notes:
- For free subscribers, downloading messages is a way to clear up mailbox space. The mailbox limit is currently 50 messages.
- Free subscribers cannot bulk download messages nor can they save a message from the navigation bar within the online account. They must use the download icon to the right of the playback bar.
- For paid users looking to bulk download, ensure that you have selected the checkbox of all the messages that you want saved before pressing download.
