Requesting a Professional Recording for your Smart Greeting

As a YouMail professional customer, you have the ability to request a recording of your full name and the company's name (as well as a professionally recorded greeting). This will exude professionalism and will provide the impression of an established company.

Sign In

First, you will need to go to your YouMail account and sign in.

Add Last Name and Company Name

Once you sign in, if you have not yet added your last name and company name to your account, click on Settings > Account > Edit to update your name and company.

Request Recording in Greeting Section

Go to the Greetings section and select Greeting Summary. Under the Smart Greeting heading, click Edit Smart Greeting, and from the drop-down menu, select the greeting that includes your company name. You can either request to have your last name AND company name recorded, last name only, or just your company name. Click Save and the request will automatically be submitted. ETA is 7 days.
