Not sure how to update a contact?
Editing contacts is a simple task that can be done anytime you have access to the website. This guide will show you how.

Notes:
- Contacts can be edited via the app or the online account. Additionally, if you edit the contact from your phone's contact list and resync your contacts, the updates will be brought forward to YouMail.
- Duplicate contacts (contacts with the same phone number) can cause issues with the greeting played, so please make sure to clear any repeated contacts.

Navigating to Contacts Page
- Sign in to the account at YouMail.com
- On the left of the screen, tap 'People'.
- Tap 'Contacts'.

- In the search bar, enter the name of telephone number of the contact.
- Hit the search icon.

- Hit the three vertical dots to the right of the screen
- Hit 'Edit' and make the changes
- Save
