- Setting up Auto-forwarding requires you to be on one of the following plans: Complete, Ultimate, Solo, Growth, Small Business, or Professional.

Setup Auto-Forwarding
- Sign into your account using the YouMail website
- On the left of the screen, click on Settings, then select Voicemail To Text
- Scroll down and click on Configure Auto Forwarding
- Toggle the switch on
- Configure the settings to your liking
- Save
