@Leo Most Canadian carriers require you to forward to a local number, which YouMail provides with any paid subscription. I will be sending you an email to help you get set up.

I unlocked my phone. It was Sprint. And it's on Page Plus now.

@Chris It looks like you were able to get connected back to YouMail. If you have any questions, please reply to the email from Jose.

@muhannad As I have mentioned to Leo, Canadian carriers require that you forward to a local number, which we offer with any paid subscription. If you wish to upgrade your account, follow this link to our store:

@Donny if you are getting an OCN error, we recommend getting a personal access number to resolve your issue. You can get one by subscribing to one of our paid plans.

@Mark Follow the instructions on this help article to get connected with Telus: https://support.youmail.com/hc/en-us/articles/200478008-How-to-Activate-Call-Forwarding-With-Telus-Mobility

    Hi,

I am currently with WIND Mobile and recently purchased the $50/yr premium plan.

However when callers try to call my primary number (not extra line) they receive the OCN error which requires them to input my number again to finally receive voicemail.

Basically, I was wondering if it was possible to have people call my primary number and should they not reach me, go to voicemail.

    Thank you

@Mrinali If you activated call forwarding to YouMail on your device, your callers should be forwarded to your YouMail voicemail if you do not pick up a call to your cell phone number. You can reactivate call forwarding by following these instructions: http://ow.ly/OzHYQ
