Setup Auto-Forwarding on Android

    Follow the steps below to set up Auto-Forwarding via the Android app. Please follow this link if you want to know how to set up Auto-Forwarding on the web. For more information on Auto-Forwarding, please follow this link.

    Auto-Forwarding Configuration:

    • Open the YouMail app and select the Menu (☰) icon in the top left corner of the screen

     

    • Tap Settings

     

    • Tap Auto-Forwarding

    • Tap the toggle to turn on Auto-Forwarding
    • You can adjust the settings for auto-forwarded messages
    • Enter the YouMail phone numbers or email accounts you would like to forward voicemails to, and set a custom message to be sent to the recipients
    • Click Save
