First, make sure you check our Supported Carriers Help Center article to see if your carrier is supported.
YouMail relies on a feature called Conditional Call Forwarding (CCF) to receive your missed calls from your carrier. While most carriers offer CCF to their users, sadly, some don't, making it impossible for you to use YouMail. Yes, this breaks our hearts too.
While we can’t speak on behalf of your carrier, they likely don’t offer CCF to cut costs for themselves. For more information, we would recommend contacting your carrier directly. We would also recommend asking them to add Conditional Call Forwarding; carriers tend to cooperate once they hear directly from their customers.
