Creating your YouMail account is simple and can be done from your smartphone or computer. Follow the guides below to quickly set up your YouMail account and start saving time managing your calls in a matter of minutes!
How to Setup YouMail on the Web
1. Go to the YouMail website and click on the orange Get Started! button
2. Type in your 9-digit phone number
3. Verify that your carrier is correct. If not, click Select another carrier. Here is a list of supported carriers.
4. Fill out your information and click Create My Account
5. Write down your PIN and click on Setup My Phone. If you need to change, or simply forgot your PIN, click here.
6. Grab your phone and dial/call the code or codes that are listed on your screen. Conditional Call Forwarding is a combination of three forwarding settings, which is needed in order for YouMail to work. The activation code(s) provided are to forward your calls to YouMail. Learn more here!
7. When you are finished, click I finished setup.
8. Click Confirm Phone Setup. You will receive a call. Ignore or decline it. If YouMail is not picking up the calls please take a look at the following article to troubleshoot the issue.

have been doing these steps for a couple of years without success. again had no real help from youmail. VERYdisappointed.
@Char We have one ticket with you from a year ago. It looks like a phone call. We wouldn't know you need help if you don't reach out. But no worries, we'll send you an email to see what's going on.
I am very disappointed no one reached out to me regarding youmail server. I cannot connect to the server
