1. Go to the App store and download YouMail
2. Open the YouMail app once it is finished downloading
3. Log In to your account using your phone number and PIN
4. Reactivate YouMail by following the instructions on your screen
5. Verify Activation by tapping on call me to make sure your calls are going to YouMail so we can help you better manage your calls.

Does not work. Keep getting error msgs through activation phone numbers.
Cannot get it to work.
@Ryan It looks like your calls have been going to YouMail. If you are still experiencing issues, please reply back to the email from our support team.
Should we delete the App, before downloading and resinstalling?
@Ed If the YouMail app is already on your phone, proceed through steps 3-6. There is no need to delete and reinstall.
All calls are forwarded to YouMail. I only want calls unanswered to go to Youmail. My phone never rings now!!!!!
I followed the instructions on the help page, I deleted and reinstalled, everything I've tried has the same result. I am using a iPhone 6s
@Mark If your calls are going straight to voicemail, call forwarding may not have been set up correctly on your phone. I will be sending you an email about the issue you are having.
With an iPhone 6 how do you punch in numbers while your message is being played? It prompts you to press numbers, but I can't get to my dialpad
I followed the instructions, and have held an account for a number of years, however my incoming calls go unanswered on my new phone : ( please advise
@Mark If your caller left a message with a call back number, you can click that number and it will prompt you to a phone call. If the message is prompting you to press other numbers to redirect you somewhere, it sounds like an automated message and you may want to call that number back since pressing numbers while a message is playing won't direct you anywhere.
@kristen Do you already have the YouMail app on your phone? To reactivate YouMail, please dial the call forwarding codes on this link: https://www.youmail.com/youmail/user/phones/activate/
I'm having problems getting Siri to work with YouMail activated. Anyone else having this problem??
@Beka YouMail is a Voicemail app. When you activate YouMail, your iPhone's voicemail will no longer be active, so if you're asking Siri to play your voicemails, it won't work since your voicemails are in YouMail, not your iPhone app. Other Siri functions should still work.
