If your payment is failing or if you need to update your payment method, please follow this guide to resolve any payment issues and add a new credit card to your account.
If you are receiving a "Payment Failure" message:
This error is a result of your bank rejecting our requests to charge your card. For example, if you received a new credit card but your old card is still on file we will not be able to charge the transaction.
On rare occasions, PayPal (our payment processor) may be blocking a charge because your credit card is connected to a PayPal account that is in 'suspension'.
Here is what you can do:
- Contact your bank and see why they are blocking the charges.
- Update your payment method here: https://dashboard.youmail.com/account/billing.
- When updating your payment method, click "Update Payment Method" instead of editing the existing card. YouMail cannot update the Credit Card Verification number for security reasons. For detailed steps, please visit this link.
