If your payment is failing or if you need to update your payment method, please follow this guide to resolve any payment issues and add a new credit card to your account.
If you are receiving a “Payment Failure” message:
This error is a result of your bank rejecting our requests to charge your card. For example, if you received a new credit card but your old card is still on file we will not be able to make a transaction on it.
On rare occasions, PayPal (our payment process) may be blocking a charge because your credit card is connected to a PayPal account that is in 'suspension'.
Here is what you can do:
- Contact your bank and see why they're blocking the charges
- Or update your payment method here: https://store.youmail.com/store/cart/payment
- When updating your payment method, please select "Add as New Card" instead of "Editing". YouMail cannot update the Credit Card Verification number for security reasons.
