Number of Rings
Because YouMail utilizes your carrier's Conditional Call Forwarding feature to receive your calls, we have no control over your call until the message goes to voicemail. So, in order to change the number of rings before the call transfers, you will need to contact your carrier.
Note: not all carriers have the ability to change the rings before forwarding the call. Contact their Customer Support or Technical Support teams to find out their policy on updating ring length.
