Wrong Deposit Number
YouMail works by forwarding your voicemails to your deposit number-aka your voicemail box- that is assigned to your account. We use your deposit number to collect all of your voicemails so you can do awesome things with them like changing your voicemail greeting and saving voicemails' audio files to your computer.
Although your calls are forwarded to YouMail, they may be forwarded to the wrong deposit number which can leave your callers unable to reach you.
Call your number from another line and the message that plays will indicate if you are experiencing this issue. If the message plays "This number is no longer in service. Error Code DID1. Good Bye, "that error means you are forwarding to the wrong deposit number. To resolve this, please Deactivate and Reactivate!
