YouMail and Ting
If you're an existing Ting subscriber...
- Log in at Ting.com
- Under account menu, click ‘Device settings’
- Click the pen under ‘Edit’
- Click the pen across from ‘Minutes’
- Turn on ‘Can use call forwarding on busy/no answer ‘
- ‘Save’
- Download the YouMail app and go through the activation process
*It can take up to 24 hrs before these changes are updated on your Ting account. We recommend that you wait that time before you proceed with your YouMail activation.
If you're a new Ting user...
First, let's get you set up with Ting:
- Get a Ting SIM card
- Go to Ting.com and create an account
- Click on 'Activate' to activate the SIM card
- Enter your phone’s IMEI number to check compatibility
- Once your phone show as compatible, enter SIM card #
- Enter credit card information as prompted
Next, let's get you set up to use YouMail on Ting:
- Under your Ting account menu, click ‘Device settings’
- Click the pen under ‘Edit’
- Click the pen across from ‘Minutes’
- Turn on ‘Can use call forwarding on busy/no answer ‘
- ‘Save’
- Download the YouMail app and go through the activation process
