YouMail’s Smart Blocking feature prevents robocalls, telemarketers, spammers, and other unwanted calls from getting through to you. If you receive a call from a spammer that was not blocked, you can report it as spam directly from the app. The more reports made against a number, the better we are at identifying similar calls and blocking them. To report a number, follow the instructions below:
Notes:
-
Calls that do not reach your voicemail before the caller hangs up or calls that are answered will not show in your YouMail History tab. -
FOR iOS ONLY - via the native call log, you can also submit a number as safe in the event that it was incorrectly blocked.
