Control the listing for your number in the YouMail Directory
Distinguish and track your number on the YouMail Directory with the YouMail Identify plan. This service will allow you to update the name and company associated with the number, while also allowing you to keep track of any reports made against your number.

Notes:
- To access this service, please select I Own This Number on the appropriate directory entry. You must be able to confirm ownership via SMS or a copy of your phone bill.

Follow these steps to purchase YouMail Identify:
Find your number on the YouMail Directory
- Visit the YouMail Directory.
- If you have a YouMail account, be sure you are signed into your account (top right corner).
- Type in and search your number.

- Beneath your number, select I Own This Number.
|
|
- You will be prompted to enter in the name you wish to reflect on the YouMail directory. Once you complete the YouMail Identify upgrade, this name will show to all YouMail subscribers.

- If you do not have a YouMail account, you will be asked to add in your information to create an account.
|
|
- You will be prompted to verify ownership of your number via a text.
- Enter the received code into the text box and hit submit.
|
|
- If you are unable to verify your number, you can proceed straight to purchase by selecting Continue without Verifying.
|
|
- You will be led to a paywall after verifying via SMS or selecting Continue without Verifying.
- Select Upgrade Now.

- Enter your payment method and select Pay now.
- You will be charged up front for a year of service. The subscription will auto-renew on the same date of purchase every year until you cancel.

Please Note: If you were unable to verify your account via SMS, you will need to submit a copy of your phone bill to us here.

- Should you wish to cancel your plan, please navigate to your number on the Directory and select Manage.
- At the bottom of the screen, you will see the option to Cancel subscription.

- Please review the terms of cancelation, then select Cancel.
