Is your carrier's blocking service disabled?

Have you installed YouMail but noticed your spam calls are not being blocked? Check to ensure your carrier's spam-blocking service is disabled on your phone, as both applications may be incompatible. This article will provide a list of the most common carrier-provided spam-blocking services. Be sure to disable them if they are present on your phone.

Notes:

Along with disabling your carrier's spam-blocking service, you must correctly enable YouMail blocking so we can handle your spam calls.
For iPhone users, ensure YouMail is set as your Call Blocking & Identification app. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification > toggle on 'YouMail'. Also, tap HERE to configure settings within the YouMail app.
For Android users, ensure permissions are allowed in your Android settings. Go to Settings > Apps > YouMail > Permissions. Ensure all are allowed.
